Happy Piano curriculum was created by music educators specifically for young children. Our classes are filled with music, fun, camaraderie, sights, colors, and sounds!
Engaging and delightful teaching props provide a boatload of fun for children as they learn to play the piano and music theory.
Happy Piano students learn to play familiar children’s songs such as Twinkle Twinkle, London Bridge, and Where is Thumbkin. Children learn about the treble clef, staff lines, treble clef staff, time values of notes, ties, dynamics, various rhythms, plus other important elements of music theory. As children progress they learn about time signatures, common time, sharps, flats, plus other more advanced elements of music theory.
Due to the “motor skill” difference between a three-year-old and children four and older, we have one curriculum that was uniquely created for three-year-olds, and another for ages four through six. Click here to enroll your child.
